I just used the new formula Nice N Easy Med. Blonde and was shocked to see the color much darker.

Looks like a gray/brown with a few lighter highlights. Big improvement with the smell and is easy to use and did not run.

But now instead they have a tube you must squeeze into a small hole bottle to activate the solution. So hard to get it out and easy to tip over the liquid solution when your trying to squeeze the tube. They should put it into a bottle instead so one can pour the other liquid solution into it.

Been using this color for over 10 years and never had a color problem even with their last new foam formula they took off the market, the color stayed the same.

Now I must buy a lighter color hoping it will look blonde. I've always been a blonde but not today.

Reason of review: New Formula.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I've use Nice n Easy 8R for 13 years. I was worried because I've always saidthe "N" "I" in New & Improved stands for NEVER IS!

The smell is better than the old formula, but my hair feels & looks so greasy I'm going to have to get up extra early & hope I can get this sticky feeling film that just wouldn't wash out gone. I used to love the feel of my hair after coloring & have always recommended it after I got compliments on my color which was close to my natural color before I began to get grey. I found the new product was not as easy to mix as the old formula, the cream tube was more difficult than the old liquid mix.

Now I won't recommend or use it. Need to find a different brand.

I recently was forced to try a new colour, since the launch of Niceโ€™nโ€™Easyโ€™s new formula. The colour was okay (medium blond), but did not match my previous colour.

The thing is, the new formula caused my scalp to turn pink. When I returned the second box to the store, the cashier said her mother had a much worse reaction, end8ng up with scabs all over her head. I have been using Clairol hair colour for 30 years and, besides discontinuing my colour every now and then, Iโ€™ve never had an issue.(Side note: I was forced to switch to a new brand, given my concerns about my scalpโ€™s reaction to the new Clairol formula. The new brand (also medium blond) isnโ€™t just quite a bit darker, but an awful, unflattering colour with greenish hues.

Now I donโ€™t know what to do. I canโ€™t go back to Clairol. And the new-to-me brandโ€™s product is also a fail.

I contacted a salon, but they want me to book separate appointments, which I logistically canโ€™t do. So, thanks to Clairolโ€™s new formula, I now have dark, greenish hair, and no good way to fix it, anytime soon.)

I have been using Nice and Easy hair dye for over fifteen years and had been very pleased with the color. I recently tried the new formula in light brown, the color I have always used.

I was very unhappy to find my hair is now dark brown. The color is so flat looking. The dye stained the sink and my face.

I had a very hard time getting it off. I will never buy the new formula again.

I have been using 8CB for years and have always been pleased with the colour. Just used the new box which said the number is 8C previously 8CB.I can't believe how horrible this colour looks.

It is so dark and does nothing for my skin complexion. All i keep doing is washing my hair hoping it will get lighter. For the first time ever my husband has commented how awful the colour is too.

Will be looking for a new brand to use as I'm so upset with this result. I don't even want to go out.
